We are based in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We service Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, and El Cerrito.

We use Time to Pet to schedule visits, and we schedule and bill monthly. If you choose a recurring walk schedule, we will send the schedule and invoice to you about two weeks in advance. We require that invoices be paid two days before the first service date. We ask clients to set up automatic payments through the portal on Time to Pet.
-
After we send the schedule, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or reschedule a visit. You can cancel visits up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Holiday cancellations require one week of notice.
-
Yes. Services on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day have a holiday surcharge of $15.00. Recurring schedules that would normally fall on these days will be automatically cancelled; please contact us if you would like to re-instate your visit with the additional holiday charge.
-
We require a scheduled meet and greet before starting walks. Dogs must be reasonably social with people and familiar with walking politely on leash. Once we start walks, we ask that you have a flat collar or harness and a standard six-foot leash in a place that is easily accessible to the walker. We also ask that you provide us with two copies of a key for the door.
-
Most of our clients choose to schedule their dogs for walks on a recurring schedule. If you only need a dog walk once in a while, we can usually accommodate you, but you must contact us to schedule a meet and greet beforehand. We are not able to take same-day walk requests.

We will discuss what time of the day works best for you and your pup. We ask that owners give us a range of three hours in which you would like us to visit. When we arrive, we use the Time to Pet mobile app to check in, which starts a timer on the app. We will leash your dog up and start out on our walk! Out of an abundance of safety and caution, we do not allow strangers (dogs or humans) to greet or pet our clients’ dogs. After the end of every walk we offer the option for a quick visit report, detailing if the dog went to the bathroom, if there were any accidents in the house, and a short note about how the walk went.
-
We will arrive at your house to take care of your pet during the three-hour window specified by the client. During our visit, we will feed your pet, change their water, and clean their cage or litter. If there is time left after the essential tasks, we are happy to brush, pet, or play with them. We can also take care of other light household duties like watering plants, bringing mail and packages inside, and putting garbage cans out on the curb.
-
We do not offer overnight pet sits or boarding at this time. We do offer drop-in pet sitting, which works well for cats, birds, reptiles, and other small animals that don’t mind having the house to themselves for most of the day.
